Account details you give us when you sign up (name, email), the brief and preferences you set in your workspace, and basic product usage so the feed and alerts work. Contact form submissions (name, work email, team size, message) are stored so we can reply.

To run the product: score and rank your feed against your brief, send the alerts you configured, and reply to messages sent through this site. We do not sell your data.

We rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) to run the product. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments, not for their own purposes.

Edit or delete your brief and workspace data from your account settings, or contact us to request deletion of data we hold about you.
