Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your workspace settings whenever you like: no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
What happens if I go over a plan limit?
You keep everything you already have; you just cannot add more briefs or members than your plan allows until you upgrade.
How does upgrading or downgrading work?
Change plans anytime from your workspace. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve, on Pro and Team alike. Use the Monthly / Yearly switch above the plans to compare.
